"GE Ultra Low NOx Ge"
Brought this hot water heater back in 2009, replaced thermo-coupler 3 times. Called technical support 4 days, first day technition said to get up on the roof and check for a birds nest in the vent pipe! 3Rd day called and asked to speak to supervisor she put me on hold for 28 minutes. It's a matter of wearing you down and not living up to the warranty! I will never buy another ge product!!!!!! My father swore by ge, I don't know what happened.

I have had a brand new Rheem hot water heater for only two years and it needs service already. Two years? Are you freaking kidding me? I have no hot water at all. According to the manufacturer it is the ignitor. Oh and you are lucky if you can get in touch with the manufacturer. I would never purchase this brand again.

My hot water heate is a gas model made by Rheem. It worked fine for the first two year i have had it, but now i fo some reason can't get the pilot to stay lite. Every moning i half to wake up 30 mins early to lite the pilot, let it warm, then take a shower. I really don't know what the problem with this model is, but heats like a charm when working properly.
