"It smells funny, but it does the job."
I have had my Titan ceramic heater for about three years. It is a decent heater, with several excellent features. It is well made out of solid heavy grade plastic and metal. Certainly finely constructed. It is a pretty sharp looking heater as well. It is compact, but packs a punch. It will warm up to a 200 square foot space in cold weather and is exceptional as a supplemental heater in the colder months. It also has a thermostat and tip over safety features. I actually use it every night because it also has a pleasant sounding fan feature (no heat). The only drawback to this heater would be the smell that the ceramic block produces. It is a common thing with these ceramic heaters and it is to be expected for such an efficient kind of heat that there is a price to pay. It is sometimes downright nauseating. Nonetheless, it does its job. I would have to say that I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for an inexpensive, cost-effective space heater. I have also never had any problem with malfunction. This thing is a beast. I am quite sure that it will last forever.
