"Patton 1500 watt space heater works wonders"
I have been using the same Pattons 1,500 watt tower space heater for four years now and it is still working just was powerful as the day I bought it. This tower heater heats up quickly and produces a lot o heat quickly. You can feel the heat from more than five feet away. There is a high setting which I use to heat up my office and once the room is warm enough I switch it to low and adjust the temp setting. This one unit is able to heat up a 20 x 40 office without a problem. The only con with this heater is that it works too well, just make sure there is at least 3 feet of space around it if you are using it on high. I once deformed a rubber trash can that was too close and behind it when it was on high. I would definitely buy another one if I ever had to replace this one. Pattons heater works better than any other heater I have used with the same amount of watts.

I bought a Patton space heater from Home Depot on 1/8/2011. It was plugged in for about 3 hours, when my grandchild yelled PAPA!!!!! It was on fire!!!!Smoke was coming out from the top of the machine. I took it back to HD and bought a different brand. I am really upset about this product and what could have happened to my Home. Thank GOD that we weren't asleep or nobody was there to stop it from KILLING ALL OF US. Signed very pissed off!
