Optimus heaters can be purchased at many common outlet stores such as Wal-mart, Kmart and Target. They are also available in many online shopping outlets. Models include the H-3001 mini compact utility heater and the H-5210 Infrared Radiant Quartz Heater that is available in 400 or 800-watt models. Optimus also makes forced fan and tower heaters. Some of the tower models include the tower heater with digital control and the 1500-watt tower quartz heater. Ceramic heaters like the H-7001 are also available with this brand.

Optimus heaters come with varying safety features depending on the model. Some of the most common are

• automatic shut off switches if the unit is tipped over,
