Corporate History

Earl C. Reed, founder of Dunkirk Radiator Corporation and Utica Companies, established cast iron boiler manufacturing facilities in 1928. Utica acquired Oneida Royal in 1990. ECR International was formed as a result of a merger between the two Reed- owned companies in June 1999. In 1950, Utica Boilers began marketing boilers.

Utica's Warranty

The entire heat exchanger on Utica's hot water boilers is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. All other parts have warranties from one to five years from the installation date.
