Trianco Boilers

Trianco is a British company that sells gas, oil, electric and solid-fuel (i.e. coal) boilers. Trianco is privately owned and markets both central and combi boilers, with both standard and high efficiency fuel consumption.

Trianco and Trianco-Heatmaker are different companies.

Corporate History

Trianco Heating was founded as New Chambers in the 1850s. It was known for its coal fire ranges at Thorncliffe in Sheffield. Eventually the company expanded to produce fireplaces, back boilers, and free-standing heaters. Trianco-Stewart, a small petroleum manufacturer, was merged with New Chambers in the early 1970s, resulting in the modern Trianco Heating Company.

Product Lines

Trianco has five major kinds of heaters, each comprised of various models. These five are: Tristar Gas, Aztec, Eurostar, Eurostar Solid Fuel, and Contractor.

Tristar Gas is distinct for its programmable controller, secondary heat exchanger, anti-frost capabilities, integrated automatic bypass, and a heat output range of 19,500 to 95,500 BTUs.

Aztec, which features Classic and Gold models, is essentially maintenance-free, gives off no toxic gases, and performs its own diagnostic testing. The Aztec is also solar compatible if placed outdoors.

Eurostar and Eurostar Solid Fuel are similar except that the Eurostar requires liquid fuel, while the Eurostar Solid Fuel can utilize anthracite grain and beans or coal. The Eurostar models are weather-proof, have integral flue systems, easily accessible controls, and heating outputs beyond 100,000 BTUs.

The Contractor is also weatherproof-designed, has integral flues, and can reach 110,000 BTUs. All of the products are compact in size.

Trianco's Warranty varies by product line. For example, the Eurostar TRG (Solid Fuel) boiler has a 12 month parts and labor guarantee, and a 4-year parts guarantee on the heat exchanger.
