Corporate History

Founded over 100 years ago as a craftsman workshop, DeLonghi formed as a company in 1950 and established its American subsidiary in 1980. In 1985, DeLonghi debuted home heating and cooling products.

Product Lines

DeLonghi's portable and room air conditioners are marketed under the Pinguino and SuperPinguino product family names.

DeLonghi's Warranty

DeLonghi air conditioners and heaters come with a one-year free-from- material-defect warranty, which includes parts and labor. The warranty is effective for one year from the date of purchase and only applies to the original purchaser. Air conditioners have a four-year warranty on any part of the sealed system consisting of the compressor, evaporator, condenser and factory-connected refrigerant.
