Product Lines
Dayton has a wide range of gas furnaces ranging from 80 to 95 percent AFUE. These multi-position gas furnaces can easily be applied in upflow, horizontal or downflow installation situations, and come equipped with a rollout safety control. In the past, Grainger also has offered Dayton oil furnaces as either upflow, lowboy or horizontal. All of the company's furnaces come with a proven heat exchanger and 16-gauge all-welded construction. There is a hard-cast ceramic combustion chamber for proper flame control and long reliability. Consumers can add on air conditioning with the fan relay.
The brand also includes several air conditioning and heat pump condenser options ranging from 13 to 14.5 SEER; the manufacturer notes that when paired with compatible units, air conditioners can reach 16.5 SEER and heat pumps can meet up to 15 SEER. Each unit comes with a Hi/Lo pressure switch and wire coil guards, while heat pumps also feature a demand-defrost control.
