Corporate History

Dave Lennox founded Lennox International, Inc. in 1895, when he introduced the industry's first riveted-steel furnace. In 1982, Lennox developed and manufacturered the industry's first high efficiency gas furnace. Lennox International, Inc. was established in 1984 and Lennox acquired Aire-Flo in 2000.

Aire-Flo's Warranty

Aire-Flo warrants that its furnace, at installation, will deliver its rated heating capacity and shall be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use. Aire-Flo also offers a 20-year warranty on its heat exchangers and a five-year limited warranty on all other parts. There is a general five-year part limited warranty on air conditioners and heat pumps (in the U.S. and Canada only).
