I bought this home two years ago and i am trying to figure out how old it is. it is currently leaking water and was told it is probably a bad heat exchanger? was told it is to old to waste money on and was recomended a new one. mine has been leaking for awhile and it appears it has tried to be fixed before with limited success. bottom is very rusted and i tend to believe him. was wondering how old this is? have had no success with the model #. it is payne plus 90 ultimate heating machine #398aaw036080abba
