My inducer motor is starting to squeel - does it need to be replaced?

The inducer motor sometimes makes a squealing noise and gets very warm. Should I get it replaced?

A good HVAC tech will also tell you if he thinks there is a fix for the current one, but a squealing noise indicates there is friction between moving parts and that is not good.
