Blower comes on, on flame. Fault code 11, igniter glows in self-test but not with call to heat

Furnace is about 10 years old (est). Fine til today. Has ICM282A Furnace Control installed about a year ago. With call to heat, blower comes on, but no igniter or flame. In self-test igniter does come on. Self test code is simply 11.
