Are there any recalls for rheem and rudd heat pumps

Installed(8/2008)just into 3 yrs.(2012)the air conditiioning went out and the evaporator coil had to be replaced. now 1/2013 the unit runs but no air is coming from the vents. i have called a repairman to come out on 1/18/2013
