3 Flashes - Fan works - No Flame?

Installed 10-05-02, Furnace stopped working last night, Blower Fan comes on when power is turned on to furnace, Flame does not ignite, 3 Flashes as error code.
I have new batteries in Thermostat, new filter in furnace and cleaned the inside of furnace
