My 9200 CARRIER weathermaker is in the crawl space with a horizontal -right application. It has two 2 " tubes on top for intake and exhaust. There is also a 2" capped outlet on the left lower area off the collector box that is capped off. Carrier 9200 weathermaker horizontal-right application. The 2" outlet tube is filling with water and the 2" capped tube in the lower left bottom tube is filling up with water. I extended the lower cap tube with an extension below the furnace and capped it to collect the water. I also drilled two holes in the outlet tube to the outside to see if I can stop the noise in the outlet tube. By extending the lower left capped tube to -below the furnace level am I creating any problems and how do I check to see if the condensation pump is working ?? Your Answer |
