It could be a range of things from a very dirty filter to a safety issue that is causing the furnace to shut down. Are you getting an error code on the LED display? That will provide a better sense of what is the cause or where the problem is located. If it is just a filter check the owner's manual for instructions on how to clean or replace them. If you can't determine whether it is a filter or not you will need a certified HVAC tech to come diagnose and fix the problem.
