How 2 fix a 34 code

Fault code 34...how 2 fix this?? i checked inlet gas which is 6 w.c and leaving at 4 w.c..i ohmed my ignitor out which is 72 ohms...i only get the fault code when i have the burner cover on...the ignitor glows...if i take the cover off.. it will run its normal operation..im lost with this one?????
