Fuses are starting to burn in my new heat pump (1 year old) like the 8 year old model I just replaced. Electrical panel is fine, installed a voltage meter to be able to prove that it is not inconsistent power supply. No "incident" is registered on the meter when the fuse blows. service charge is $250 for each time the fuse blows....
