What choices do I have in replacing the A/C coil (leaking Freon)?

The A/C coil in my furnace is leaking Freon in very small quantities (needle size hole somewhere)! I would like to replace this coil with a coil which uses the "new" Freon (less expensive) and keep my furnace which is 14 years old and never has had a problem!
