How does a Carrier Comfort 95 compare to Trane's XR95? Is one better than the other?

I cannot decide between a Carrier Comfort 95 and Trane XR95. Both bids are reasonable. The Trane is about $200 more than the Carrier. The Carrier has two motor speeds (a slower speed for heat and a faster speed for cool air). The Trane has three or four (I forget which).
