About Scottsbluff

Scottsbluff is located in Western Nebraska 20 miles from the Wyoming border. Scottsbluff is on the north side of the North Platte River. Scottsbluff is a growing agricultural and retail trade center in Western Nebraska. It’s the largest city in Scotts Bluff County and the 12th largest city in Nebraska. The mean temperature in July is 73 degrees, and the mean temperature in January is 24.5 degrees. Scottsbluff receives approximately 16.33 inches of rainfall annually.
