"The most credible"
I am Robert Trail, after reading this collection of experiences I feel that there must be many happy folks who don't contribute (once you're all set, you aren't inclined to revisit this forum) so items like quality of service and number of major repairs are the most useful, but unless extreme, should be weighed. The most credible are installer contractors' comments and I wish there were more of them. It is apparent that installation is critical. I really like my 10 year old Rheem. Haven't needed the heat strips at all here in northern Florida.

"This is very reliable, wrks all year round especially during winter days."
We've owned this pump for about a year and a half. It works fabulous. We bought it off the air conditioning warehouse. it was actually on sale at that time. it wasn't that bad of a deal. But it still did cost some money though. it wasn't new but the sale was worth it. I like mostly everything about it. Once it started making a little more noise than usual getting into its first year then we got it checked out, but it turned out fine. Presently, I had have any more issues involving the pump. We just do air filters change, add refrigerant or what not to keep it running nice and cool. Well, definitely I would buy this brand of heat pump again. And I would recommend it to all my friends. it's one of the good ones. So far to us it seem Pretty reliable.

"My review of the Heat pump in my new condo."
I have really been amazed by the performance of this model. Coming from Virginia which is a tricky climate to heat and cool, I was very worried about how comparable units would preform in a desert environment. Luckily our condo came equipped with this unit and we couldn't be happier! The response time is very fast, and the airflow is beyond what I expected for the price range. All in all it's a great product, and after talking to several other owners, I can say for sure that it's a quality product, with a long expected life, and a repair budget that I believe I can manage.

"Rheem EcoSense 40 Gal"
I have owned my Rheem EcoSense 40 Gal. 12 Year Hybrid Electric Water Heater for three and a hlaf years. I Love that i can have hot water whenever I want it and it was verry easy to install. there is nothing i disslike about it. never had to replace it in three and a half years. I would buy it again if i had to. Deffinatly recomend this to a friend or family member because its verry verry easy to install and hastle free.

"My First Heat Pump"
I currently have a Rheem heat pump in my home and since this is my first home away from my parents' house, this is the first heat pump I have had to deal with. I am not sure when the previous owners had it installed, but I have had no problems since moving on one year ago. Having a heat pump is very advantageous in the summer months and even the spring and fall because it cuts down on the electric bill. It keeps keeps the house cool or warm depending on the weather. It even works efficiently during most of the winter months. The only disadvantage to a heat pump is on those cold winters where the temperature drops below freezing. In my area we usually don't have more than a months worth of these days, but this past winter was very bitter. Since we would turn the heat down when we went to work, it would take some time to warm back up once we got home. I would definitely recommend this brand to a friend in this area. It has certainly met my needs and I have had no problems as far as the way it works.

"I love my Rheem 15PJL Series."
Four years ago, when I bought my first house, I needed a heat pump. I bought a Rheem 15PJL Series heat pump with tips from my father. I am in love with it. My house stays warm all winter, and it saves me so much money. I've had it for 4 years and I have never needed a repair or replacement. I couldn't ask for more from this heat pump. I recommend this to anyone that needs a heat pump. Rheem is the best. The quality is unbeatable!

"The Best Friend of the Winter"
We just installed this heat pump last winter. Our other one had broken and we were without heat for almost a week. Hence the name I put on this review and let me tell you, I will never go without heat again! I love this as its quiet. When it clicks on you would never know. I doubt I could find anything I don't like about it. The thing runs smooth and purrs like a kitten. The one I had before this was similar, I couldn't tell you if it was the same but I would imagine replacing them would be the same so I would have to say it's probably really difficult to replace this bad boy if you ever needed to. Oh I would indeed recommend this to a friend. I've not had a problem with this one and it runs smoothly without a bump or hiccup. A plus all the way!
