Heat Pump Efficiency Ratings
Heat pumps both heat and cool: and as a result, they have two different measures of energy efficiency: SEER (a measure of cooling efficiency) and HSPF (a measure of heating efficiency).
Of the nearly 15,000 heat pumps in our database, 4 are extremely efficient both at heating and cooling:
- The Allstyle A-VMH09SB heat pump has an HSPF of 9.5 and a SEER of 19.2.
