"20 Years"
I've only had 3 Problems in 20 years. I live in Nepa. Two Start capacitors,a tx valve. This year it gave up replacing heat pump with new dry unit.

Review:
Luxaire 3 ton 10 seer unit installed by builder, needed 1 to 2 lbs of freone charg every 18 mo. now the air handler coils are leaking, looking to replace.
