Word of Mouth
Comments on the Consumer Democracy message board are positive about the overall performance of the Westinghouse Furnaces:
- In this consumer democracy message board, one poster notes how quiet and reliable the unit is. The Westinghouse performs well, and one forgets it is even there. There have been no major or minor problems or malfunctions.
- Another user who has posted comments goes so far as to point out how impressive even the warranty is. Westinghouse representatives seem to stand behind their company's products, and the warranty says a lot about the quality of the furnaces.
- Another poster compares contractors' attitude with that of homeowners'. In the poster's experience, installers have not enjoyed or appreciated this brand and have therefore given it plenty of negative or not-so-flattering publicity, but this particular buyer absolutely loved and was thoroughly satisfied with the furnace.
