"these things suck"
the hot surface ignitor has gone five times in the past five years. other problem - nobody stocks it. don't buy this brand. will buy a peerless when i have to replace it.

Review:
"bob cat - no cat"
We purchased this new heating system about 2 years ago, and have had nothing but problems with it. This was supposed to be a state of the art high efficiency unit. The contractor cannot get any help from where they bought it and Slant/Fin will not talk to consumers. We are tired of having no hot water or heat and having to restart the unit. Not a reliable product, I would not recommend a Slant/Fin furnace.
