"Lennox Demension Natural Gas"
Here in northern Indiana winters are cold and snowy. The Lennox Dimension has kept us comfortable for 8 years now. It also saves me money on my gas bill, it is 94.7% efficient. I also had an Aprilaire humidifier and air filter system installed at the same time. If your humidity is too high your windows will "sweat", that means that you need to reduce the humidity in your home by changing the setting downward on your humidifier or turn it off for a day or two.

"Good furnace"
Installed last fall. Great unit so far. Quiet and far more efficient than our old furnace. Got a 10-year parts an labor warranty, so I'm happy about that because these modern furnaces are more complicated and could need more work in the future.

"12 years & counting"
Complete Heat system to replace old Williamson furnace & a/c & water heater. I've replaced 2 circulation pumps (about $100 on eBay, 4 screws 2 wires and prime - easy) and been very happy with the system. I've heard these have problems, and they are complex systems. When I replace it I'll probably go with a tankless water heater and a all electric heat pump.

"What to do with Canadian Govt Grant"
I have a 3600 square foot home, I have a Lennox unit that is not giving me any problems, however I have installed a $30.00 part available at home depot for igniting the gas, I installed it myself about 7 years ago and everything works correctly. We have just signed up for the Retro Grant that gives you money back for home improvements such as windows etc... I was thinking to go to an upgraded furnace and ac unit as our bills are high and will get approx $3000.00 back from govt for having an afue of 95% +

"Lennox g43"
I just bought a g43 merit. 8hr removal/installation and is very quiet. No problems and no reviews of this model. I am looking forward to saving some money with this unit (90-92% efficiency) but I am a little concerned about negative feed-back of other units. I found this sight after purchase. Replaced Ruud because of 2 cracks in heat exchanger (25 y/old). I will keep up with maintainance schedule and keep you posted.

"Lennox furnace"
Bought thru a local dealer and installed it with the help of my father-in- law. The house was struck by lightning in 1991 and the circuit board was destroyed. Replaced by the same dealer and has worked fine with no problems till now. The heat exchanger started leaking, but after 25 years of use I would leak a little too. Great furnace. Hate to see it go.

"older is better?"
I have owned the Lennox for 28 years. The unit was 15 years old when I bought the house. Other than replacing one blower motor at a cost of $50. I had no problems with it. I live in western ny, and it does get cold here. My house is as warm as I set it for. Yes, it was a bit loud when the motor kicked on, but at 50 plus years old, thats small problem. The unit has finally given up the ghost and will be replaced, simply because parts are unavailable for it. I can't complain.

"Update"
Update from previous post. Lennox GV61/Seer17 Air. This equipment is the best. It was professionally installed and maintained. Not one problem in 3 years and I do not forsee any. It is all about the installation. Listen people. Pay the price and get union labor to do your install and you will be forever pleased with any brand. Dig into the internet and read what the industry people have to say. You get what you pay for. The Lennox equipment is top of the line just make sure you know who is doing the install and how long has their company been in business in your area. Common sense will take you far.

"Lennox G26"
Installed a Lennox G26 14 years ago and have been very pleased with this unit. VERY energy efficient, I think even more than it is rated. Have had two parts replaced. An ignition switch and a blower control motor. I have noticed, over the years, the combustion air induction motor has gotten louder, with a sort of "vibration" sound. I guess after 14 years it may be dirty and/ or wearing out. The cost for the Lennox replacement part is about $250. Not sure how much labor would be to replace it. I plan to do it my self, as it seems easy. So all in all, I've been very pleased with the efficiency and have had just two problems over 14 years. I've had a service/maintenance agreement on the unit for most of the 14 years: heating checked once in the winter and a/c in summer.

I have notice over the years, the combustion air induction motor has gotten louder, with a sort of "vibration" sound. I plan to do it my self, as it is so easy. So all in all, very pleased with operation and very view problems over the years. It has a service/maintenance agreement most of those years, so it is checked once in the heat and once in the cool seasons.
