"2 pieces of JUNK"
Unfortunately, we bought 2 furnaces, dgaa090bdta and dgah077bbsa, they are both junk! Replaced several parts on the dgah, ignitors (twice), blow motor and circuit board and now it has a hole in the heat exchanger. Repairman checked the other and it's already cracked. Should have left the old less efficent models in, because the newer ones are much less efficent once you consider all the repair bills. Will never buy or recommend Coleman again!

"DGAA056BDTBJ"
I work for an Heating And A/C company. We service them often. We replaced a pressure switch and now it needs a combustion air blower for one that is alittle over a year old. Beaware that parts warranty is only for a year. Most manufacture's warranty parts for 5 or more years. I would shop around

"Mobile Home"
Jan 2009 We replaced 20 Year Mobile Furnace with a Coleman DGAA077BDTB..(same model of furnace someone else is Very unsatisfied with) and Feb 2010 had to have Combustion Air switch replaced at over $360 as our one year warranty was over... My husband said he did not know about the one year Warranty or he would never have bought it. When the fellow came out to replace the Switch he advised us to buy another( $360) as they are the first to go. also when the furnace turns on The Combustion Air switch is the first to come on and oh is it noisy...some times it wakes us up. Any way as of Dec 16 2010 the Combustion switch is getting loader and the squirrel Cage is making a few extra rounds after the furnace shuts down... so another $360 and hopeful only a bearing. I have a letter in with Coleman now, but from all the review I have read they are not going to Stand by their name going to be buying some floor heater as I am sure it will break down this winter. Must be prepared...sad to say DO NOT buy Coleman

"don't like it very much."
Well, the coleman furnace I have may be different from yours, but i'm pretty sure there all terrible. mine has five flame launch ports and is "mid efficiency", what ever the hell that means, 71% AFUE or such. the blower distributes way way way sub-normal air pressure through out the house, and the plenum and exhaust pipe gets way way too hot, so i'm told. (they wont fix the problem though, just charge me $200 or so for them to diagnose). our gas prices have been hiked way up thanks to this thing. don't buy one.

"Wouldn't recommend"
My Coleman furnace was installed new when my manufactured home was built 6 years ago. Last year I had to have the glow plug replaced, which wasn't a huge repair, but still fairly expensive. Yesterday when I was having the annual inspection done on it, I found out there is a crack in the heat exchanger. There was a 10-year warranty on it, so I "only" have to pay $500 for shipping and labor to have a new one installed! To top that off, I was told that there is only a 1 year warranty on the new heat exchanger from Coleman. What sense does that make?!? I would think the new exchanger would be under warranty for at least the remaining 4 years of the original 10-year warranty. I guess Coleman must think their own products are junk if they're not even willing to take a chance in covering it for more than a year! I would not recommend a Coleman furnace to anyone - especially after seeing how many other people have had problems!

"Not a happy customer"
Have owned our furnace just over 3yrs and had to replace the pressure switch four times. Once under warrintiy. Plus the guys (Dumbass) who installed it left the tape and card board in the main duct. Plus they didn't mention you to take our door off in front of the furnace and the furnace got so hot that it start to melt and warp where the covers forwhere you put the filters. Then we found out later it's to big for our Trailer. To top it all the it so noisey that we have to turn up our t.v just about ten notches to listen to it when it's on.

"customer"
recently purchased a home (manufactured home) for my mother and realized that the furnace assy, booster motor was not working. i called and checked on the internet for the replacement part and only got the runaround. no one seems to have the part in stock and when they say they do i would get a call saying that it will take weeks to get here. what good is a furnace if it is near to impossible to find a part when you need it.

Installed 5 years switch on ac unit changed out 2 times in condenser unit. Arched and welded shut. Upper furnace front [plastic] is deformed from heat and is falling apart, having to bale wire the filters to keep in place. The filter retention system is a work of art. Reason I'm here, looking for parts.
