"Bryant Furnace After 2 Years"
Had the Bryant professionally installed 2 1/2 years ago. Already the major component has completely failed. Need the entire inducer assembly replaced. Thank God on warranty but a big service bill was on me. I cringe to think of all the other components that will start to fail. Bryant is a classic example of 'Made in China' planned obsolescence. Think it over before you buy a Bryant.

"Bryant's Come-on Warranty"
20 years ago, I bought this furnace because I thought Bryant was a good reliable brand and it had a lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Every single fall start-up since then, something went wrong and I had to replace something from circuit boards to igniters to motors to flame sensors and almost every other component inside. This winter the heat exchanger sprang a leak. I wrote to Bryant about the warranty but never got a reply. I then called a Bryant dealer who charged me $85 just to confirm that it was an in warranty failure. I was astounded! One day later, I had a new Lennox furnace put into my basement and I've washed my hands of Bryant forever.

"Poor Design of Components"
Installed nine years ago. Have had four repairs, one under warranty. Each time it has a defective design of a component. Component replacements working so far, but out of warranty expenses have reached $1100. Can no longer recommend this brand.

"Horrible!"
We live in a D.R. Horton home built in 2011. This furnace was brand new and has been nothing but problems. First it didn't run at all, but luckily was under warranty. Now, a year later it has quit working in the middle of winter and we have spent $1500 trying to repair it. It worked for one day and today has quit again. I would not recommend this furnace to anyone and I hope D.R. Horton chooses another vendor from which to purchase these units.

"Bryant does not stand behind their product"
The furnace started making make noise the first day they installed it. They made 15 service trips to try to correct the issue but they were never able to correct it. I ask them to replaced the furnace with another one but the company refused. I am still living with the noise and the company refuses to correct the issue. I would not recommend a Bryant furnace to anyone.

"Bryant Canada has terrible customer service"
I purchased a Bryant high efficiency furnace 4 years ago. It was installed by a certified Bryant installer. The installer did a very poor job at installation. This certified installer is no longer in the country. I now have to have all of his shoddy installation work revised. Bryant Canada should appoint another Certified Installer to properly install my furnace. Bryant Canada will have absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it was one of their guys who did the shoddy work and they should pay for the changes needed. I will never purchase another Bryant product again. I am also going to raise the red flag for family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and acquaintances.

"Couldn't be more disappointed"
We have had our Bryant furnace just over three years. The furnace has failed twice this month. The first visit cost us over $300 in labor. We are currently waiting for the repair people to come today to determine what is wrong with it now. I contacted Bryant and was told there was nothing they would do. I would stay away from anything Bryant. A furnace should last more than three years. If it doesn't the company should do something about it.
