"Bryant Variable Furnace"
I have been very happy with my variable speed high efficient furnace. It is much quieter than my old furnace. My gas bills are considerably lower. I would definitely recommend this furnace to anyone who needs one.

"I Bought a Bryant Evolution System"
For over twenty years, I designed HVAC systems for residential customers. I sold Kenmore and other ICP products. Also, I became familiar with and sold may other brands including Trane, Goodman and Janitrol, Payne, Rheem, Carrier and Bryant, Armstrong, as well as others brands. In 2008, I chose for my own home a top-of-the-line Bryant Evolution System. I had a professional installation company install it. It included the 95% Gas Three-Stage Furnace and Two-Stage Heat Pump.

"MDA"
I have been installing the Carrier, Bryant And Payne line of equipment for 10 years in Minnesota. In my area, there are multiple Carrier, Bryant dealers, and the equipment is only as good at the installation (that goes for all brands). With the high efficiency furnaces, there is many considerations to take into account. For instance, if the contractor does not put the furnace in level (I.E. sloped to the back), the condensation can not run out of the heat exchanger (these furnaces alone can put out up to 20 gallons of water per day!). This water is acidic, and will rust out the collection box where the primary and secondary heat exchanger connect. Likewise, if your condensate trap plugs, this will back water up into the heat exchanger resulting in the same issue. When was the last time everybody had there equipment serviced??? The average furnace will run 1,500-2,000 hours per year. If you figured that in miles at 55 mph, that would be around 100,000 miles per year. What do you think would happen to your car if you drove that for 2,3,4, or even 5 year without a professional looking at it???? So whose fault is it that any of the equipment is not running without problems. Look for a contractor with a good reputation (ask for references and call them) one that has nate certified technicians (for Bryant and Carrier, this would get them a Factory Authorized Dealership), never take the low price, and have your equipment serviced every year, and you will have good luck with any equipment that you install.

"Dealer"
I have been an HVAC technician for 16 years and have loved the Carrier/Bryant product since getting into the industry. When I opened my own business, I immediately applied for and received a Bryant dealership. I have replaced one Bryant heat exchanger in the last 3 years and it was without a doubt a crap install by another dealer. Furnace was 20% over sized and duct work was wrong. No matter what the brand if it's installed improperly it will not last! We have put in on average 120 furnaces a year so over the first 2.5 years, we put in almost 300 units. I have had one service call on a unit we installed and it was covered under warranty. In Canada, we only have a few models available but I guarantee all of them for 10 years parts and labour when I sell them without reservation. It's sad to see all the problems going on in the U.S. With them, maybe they need to be more discriminating on who installs their product but in Canada they have done well and continue to do so. When you choose a contractor, make sure you do your research. Adrian Ayotte - owner Reliable Heating and Cooling www.reliableheating.ca

"North East Ohio Bryant/Carrier system"
I installed my Bryant Plus 90 (398aaz) 88,000 btu in 1990 when I built my 2300 sq ft ne Ohio home. I changed the inducer fan once, the ignitor twice, the limit switch once, the fan control board (module) 3 times (twice for lightning strikes) and cleaned the flame sensor 2 or 3 times when it got too dirty to let the furnace run, and tried to oil the fan motor. No place to oil it. I will just change it when it goes, which should have been 10 years ago! I do all the work myself because it is so simple. I run the fan almost all the time to keep the heat(cool) even. If it croaks tomorrow, I will put another one in just like it. Oh, it gives me a $70.00/month gas budget. I added a Carrier 3 ton ac unit 4 years ago, and have had no trouble with it at all. It is a little short on the 95 degrees plus days, but we only have a handful each year.

"Bryant"
I have been installing Bryant heating and cooling equipment for over 10 yrs in WI. Our company deals with a lot of commercial property and I have 1000's of Bryants installed all over the city. In unconditioned attics and basements everywhere, they can be installed and we simply do not go back for service problems. I think a lot of these complaints have to be a install problem. Like the one that said, he can not keep his lower level heated without the fan on continuously. That is a duct problem from the day the house was built and if the heat exchangers are junk then why are we not seeing this problem. I question a lot of these reviews on here. Everything I have said is a fact. We want to sell the best furnace on the market and that is why I will not change the brand I sell.

"Bryant Package Unit"
Replaced the 1984 Payne gas package unit in my home with a Bryant 3 ton 13 seer Puron variable speed package unit in Feb. 2007. Bryant unit is very quiet, cools and heats perfectly. Definitely, I recommend a Bryant or a Carrier system.

"Great Furnace"
I purchased a Bryant 355a model high efficiency variable speed furnace about 8 years ago. I don't think I could have made a better purchase. The heat has worked seamlessly for over 8 years now and I haven't touched it other than some routine maintenance and changing filters. It's also quiet and cut my heating bills by almost 50%.

"Excellent System"
I purchased the Bryant Evolution system with the Evolution control about 6 years ago and have been elated with the system. I have the lowest utility bills that I have ever had and my house has almost identical temperatures from room to room. I also never realized that controlling the humidity, both in the summer and winter, could be so easy. My wife thinks that running the fan constantly has not only cut down on dust but also greatly reduced our daughters allergic reactions. One of the other amazing things about the Bryant system is the diagnostic control, it is very similar to that of our automobiles today. You can go into the advanced settings and see exactly how the system has been performing, amazing! I was told that I would be extremely happy with this system but I didn't realize how much. I have had 6 years of a trouble free system, only having to do my basic maintenance, it definitely helps me sleep easier at night. I read that Bryant's engineering was second to none and now I truly believe it. Many of my friends and family have also purchased Bryant systems and have highly praised them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend another Bryant system to anyone.

"Great System"
The Bryant 90I system is a great system we had a 80% Bryant system before and because I am a hvac contractor wanted the best for my house. Some of the problems that I read about are installation problems where the service tec fixed a part but did not find out why the part failed. Of course there are brands that we will not install because they cost us money in call backs. Bryant Carrier and Payne are great systems and I make money on these units.
