"Down Draft Furnace"
Very quiet, no problems at all. We just do not hear it! Heat is even throughout the house. Only wish they told us we could use a dehumidifier or air exchanger with this furnace. Our house is small but heats for under $400 including the gas hot water tank per year. We are currently putting a foundation under the back laundry/pantry room and adding a 16' 6” x 13' addition and this will bring us up to 907 sq. ft.

"Flawless operation for over 10 years"
I purchase this furnace in 2000 it hasn't needed a repair yet. It's quiet and seems to use 1/2 the gas my old Rheem used. I definitely recommend looking at Bryant if you're in the market for a new furnace.
