The Bryant Plus 90t is a two-stage four-way gas furnace that has an AFUE rating of ninety-three percent. The Bryant 90t is also known by the model number 352AAV.

The two-stage heating process provides consistent temperatures throughout a residence and allows the furnace to work more efficiently on days with low temperatures outside. Special features include the ability to control the fan speed from the thermostat.

"Flawless operation for over 10 years"
I purchase this furnace in 2000 it hasn't needed a repair yet. It's quiet and seems to use 1/2 the gas my old Rheem used. I definitely recommend looking at Bryant if you're in the market for a new furnace.
