Overview of the Preferred 80

The Bryant Preferred 80 is a series of oil furnaces with up to a 83.5% AFUE efficiency rating. It has a multi-speed blower to keep temperatures consistent. Burners on this series are manufactured by Riello and are known for their clean, high quality combustion of oil for maximum energy efficiency.

The Preferred 80 series comes with fully insulated cabinet walls, a quieting flue silencer, and steady air flow. It is a quiet series. It's also manufactured in several configurations to fit in a variety of spaces, including low boy (low in height and using more floor space), upflow, and downflow.

Review:
"Reliable"
Had this furnace for about 7 years now. This is a 2 stage furnace which I think makes the house feel warmer than it did with the old furnace. I've had maintenance done a couple of times but other than that I've never had to call for service on it. It's really been a great furnace.

Preferred 80 Warranty

To receive the full, 10-year parts and lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty consumers must register their purchase within 90 days of installation. The warranty term is automatically reduced to 5-years on parts and 20-years on the heat exchanger if the product is not registered on time.
