"My Gas Bill is out of this Planet"
What happen to the heat from the Furnace? I have a small 2 Bedroom Condo and my Gas bill is out of this world. I also have an ac and I can not afford to run in the Summer because the ac is not cooling my small Condo in the Summer nor is the Furnace heating my small Condo in the Winter! I wonder why my Basement get all the benefits?

"Where's the heat ???? Furnace is suppose to heat"
My landlord installed these cold air loud energy eaters this October. My bill has gone outrageous and I am cold all the time. Can't wait to see what happens in summer when they put in the ac unit -- we will probably get heat when we put on the ac. My neighbors agree it blows cold air on heat. What a waste of $.

"junk arcoaire"
From the point of view of a full time installer and service technician stay away from anything arcoaire N9MP1100J20*. I have never installed one but have torn many fairly new units out and replaced them with carrier or bryant. Take it from me, when it comes to furnaces more so than air conditioners you do get what you pay for so spend a little more now and in the end you will save many time over.

"Mid efficiency gas furnace"
2 year old furnace and the heat exchanger failed nearly killing someone. Company couldn't care less and wouldn't even cover $500 labour charge. Stay away from International Comfort Products

"will it explode"
I installed an ARCOAIRE(MOD.h9mpx060f12a) furnace in march of 2011. For a couple of weeks it worked just fine, now when it fires up it sounds like the unit is going to explode, (like when you pour to much gas on a pile of leaves and light it) "whooosh" I've checked air flow, gas pressure, gas flow, ignitor position, everything I can think of. And not to mention the VERY sharp edges on ALL the panels (sliced my finger open) and the company has no TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPT. I've helped friends put in furnaces (9) and always use arcoaire, well not anymore, if this is the best a company has to offer me GOOD BY INTERNATIONAL COMFORT PRODUCTS.....

"Homeowner"
In the four years since I've had model #h8mpt125j20a1 gas furnace installed, I have put another $1,000 in parts and service calls. It has left us in the cold in deep winter for over three weeks as we waited for parts. Arcoaire did not honor any warrenty. This is a company that I believe should go out of business for such a shoddy product. I would love to hear from someone from Arcoaire or Sears that sold me this nightmare.

"Dual Stage Heat and Cool Unit"
Dual stage heat and cool combination unit, 40,000 btu installed last spring. The blower speed is horrible and the manual is no help in explaining how to speed it up. On high stage heat, it barely blows thru the vents and runs constantly because it takes forever to get the heat out. The high stage cool has the same problem. You would think with a 21/2 ton unit in a 1100 sq ft house it would burn you out and freeze you out of there. Any help would be appreciated.

What a piece of shit this equipment is! Had to replace 3 motors in our condo association, and just today, a pressure switch went out, when the furnace quits, and you are gone for a few months, things can happen in your home. Our association is pooling its funds together to either buy new Bryant or Lennox. We're done with something that fails constantly and made in China.

"i'm cold"
Have had the gas-valve assembly go out-need to be replaced 3 Januaries in a row. Company will not back it up. Said it was due to the humidifier dripping on valve-don't use humidifier. Give me a break! $670 repair 3 years in a row....

"gas valve assbly"
New house/new furnace .... Second time to replace the gas valve assembly due to moisture dripping on assembly. Arcoaire knew they had a problem. Their solution: have tech install a metal shield over assembly. This did not work. Never again!!!!
