"Crap"
Had this very expensive best boiler available for seven years. Contact faults replaced two times the $1,000.00 main board. Now not working with fault 14. Will not light. Can't get anyone to stand behind it. Do not buy one of these. Having it priced now to replace it with a new boiler.

"BAD VIESSMANN"
Paid huge money for this system I have had nothing but problem after problem. The boiler has basically been rebuilt. The hot water heater has been replaced. They told me I must have hit it to break it? Never get straight answer. Spent twenty minutes on phone with viessman just trying to get someone to answer what the warranty is but no one wanted to answer the question. Do not spend the money.

"Just Don't go there!!!"
Viessmann Vitodens 200 installed 5 years ago and had nothing but problems. Another f5 fault. It's snowing outside -1 degree, engineer can't come for 5 days and, yes, viessmann have no customer service or assistance other than "look on our website for engineers in your area you can call". For a system this expensive, it should work for longer than a few months!! Just don't go there, please. Listen to the other customer reviews and other blog sites.

"Wish I never had got one"
Can't leave the house unattended in the winter. It's been the most unreliable purchase I ever made. It's three years old and has never worked right. Despite many service calls. I want my old 1970 Utica Boiler back.

"no customer service"
My wife purchased a Viessmann boiler five years ago. Ten days ago we had a problem with the water pressure and a Viessmann service technician turned off the boiler and disconnected the water supply, promising to return the following day to repair the system. For the last ten days we have tried by phone and e-mail to reach this technician the distributors in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia dn the Viessmann headquarters in Germany. No one will respond to our pleas for help or commit to making a service call. Viessmann has no customer service or technical support. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company in the world. Do not buy Viessmann products under any circumstance. I usually am very tolerant of the problems companies have in supporting their products but this behavior is so outrageous that I could not forgo a comment.

Aparrently these are meant to be the best boilers in the market, for us in 6 months time it broke 4 times, we rent and apparrenlt the house is 4 years old so the boiler can;t be elder than that... we had 3 times an f5 and now, today an f4, the guys that is fitting it keeps saying that these are the best boilers in the market, but this is cr*p, seriously, don't buy it; I bet a cheapest solution will be more reliable by this P.O.s

"VIESMANN 30MN 100B"
If you are thinking of getting Viesmann boiler with 5 year warranty. don't! It is a con into getting you to purchase. We have been without heating or hot water for 5 days. When engineer turned up, he did not complete the job. Rang the company first thing next morning and they said that they would ring back within a few minutes. Four hours later no word, called another engineer from another company, he dismantled the boiler and discovered it is soaked in water. Still waiting to hear from Viesmann.

"break down after 4 years"
After 4 years, had to replace the boiler shell as it was leaking ($3,000 repair!). Veissmann rejected the warranty claim (sounds familiar?)...saying that it was caused by a leaking hydronic system (in floor radiant heating system). The hydronic system does not have a leak. I'm going to challenge this. Does anyone else have any experience fighting warranty claims?

"Viesman Boiler Buyer Beware"
In 2001 I installed an infloor radiant heat system with a Viessman 4 way mixing valve controller, veissman Vitogas 50 boiler, and domestic hot water heat exchanger package. the system was completly controled by the mixing valve control computer I took a lighting surge whitch took out the outdoor temp sensor, floor supply water temp sensor, and the mother board of the control module. 9 yaers old, no replacement parts availible for this "old techonolgy" control unit. I would never buy Viesman products again. Buyer Beware!! Their suggestion, install a complete new system including the boiler! I don't think so! I'd switch to wood first!
