Review:
"Boiler/Generator Problem Resolution?"
Follow-up on previous "Unsatisfactory" review about the problem of running the boiler using a b & s standby generator. I was told by a Triangle Tube engineer that the frequency of the generator had to be set at 60 Hz for the boiler to work. My electrician came, adjusted the generator, and the boiler now runs on generator power. Will have to wait for a real test when the power goes out again for an extended period. In the meantime, I'll change my rating to "Neutral."
