"Residential Boiler"
I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since we had it installed in our new house eight years ago. We use it for supplementary floor heat and domestic hot water. Every year around the beginning of heating season we have to have a repair technician out to repair anything from leaking seals, to malfunctioning thermistors, wire harnesses, and most recently, a new leak. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am now researching replacement options for this system.

"Piece of JUNK"
Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and money by refusing to buy any Peerless Pinnacle boiler products. We built our house 4 years ago and have had problem after problem with our Peerless boiler. We are now in the process of replacing this junk, for what we have spent on repairs so far we could have replaced it once already. Terrible company, terrible products, terrible support...

"I Love my Great New Peerless Purefire PF-110 Boiler"
I bought my Purefire boiler around one year ago. So far it has been amazing, I haven't really had any major problems with it. It's extremely high efficiency, which is great, and it's known to be one of the best tested boilers out there! It's got a quick stainless-steel heat exchanger, so it keeps things warm and toasty in my home. I haven't found anything to dislike so far, this is the best boiler I've ever bought. I've never had to repair or replace it, it is still a fairly new boiler, and there have never been any issues that needed repairing. I would most definitely buy another boiler from the same brand, this boiler has been great so far. I would recommend it to any friends who were looking for a boiler, I'm sure they'd enjoy it as much as I do.

"Boiler"
Our Peerless Boiler is 23 years old and worked well over the years but now the firebox is shot. I found a 7 year old Kenmore that was never installed so I give this one a try being that the price is under a grand and a new one your talking 2-3 grand. Hope it works well.

"Don't buy this product"
Our builder put this boiler in when we renovated our house 4 years ago. We never questioned why they chose this brand Peerless PINNACLE-P1-140. We have regretted it ever since. Every season we have experienced issues that have shut down the unit. Our builder has bailed out on us saying the warranty was limited. We are now once again faced with failing parts (timing switch and temperature gauge). Probably $750-1000 repair. Ready to strangle someone!

"DEFECT"
Installed this Peerless PINNACLE-P1-199 boiler in my new house to be on the cutting edge of technology and efficiency and all I have are headaches!! Have replaced the inducer motor and housing 2 times now and it's about to come apart again!!! This is an obvious design flaw that Peerless refuses to address they just keep taking my money!! So much for the propane I have saved, I'm just handing it back to Peerless for parts!!

"HEARTBREAK HOTEL"
"This boiler made our life hell!" Is an understatement. It took only a few months before repairs were needed. The money I've put into it could have bought us a new boiler, which is what we finally have to do now. Would work fine for a month or so and then f09 or f10. Just 3 months ago we had a Peerless factory representative out who replaced all of the wiring and harnesses. The past month the errors returned and now f06 and f03 and completely inoperable. I have never previously owned such an unreliable piece of equipment. There should be a class action suit against this company.

"Most unreliable piece of equipment I've ever owned"
This is the worst piece of junk ever constructed. I have spent more than $4000 on repairs and parts on this boiler in the last 5 years. The only reliable thing about it is that you know it's going to break down at least 4 times a year, mostly in the winter. No one should ever be subjected to the junk they make. Tell everyone you know to boycott Peerless boilers. They need to be put out of business.

"THIS BOILER MADE OUR LIFE HELL!"
Once again, this "State of the Art, High Tech, Super Efficient Boiler" has let us down! Our HVAC guy has been to our house more than a dozen times and has replaced every part on the furnace at least once - He even had a representative from Peerless come to take a stab at the mysterious boiler. This boiler has ruined Christmas (no heat for 5 days - no parts available) 2 Winter vacations were cancelled due to the furnace running poorly and the fear of coming home to broken pipes. We have an attic full of electric heaters, radiators and a propane heater as backup for this thing since it always seams to break down during the coldest times of the year. As I sit here writing this I have not had hot water in 5 days - still waiting for that UPS guy to arrive with the part! Guess what - after all the money and stress this thing has caused us, I wish we would have kept our old furnace!!! Worst investment ever!
