"parts brake after 2 years"
Paid $9,200 for a trinity150 2 years ago. This winter the pump, a valve, the electronic system and a air sensor broke, each 2 weeks. Technician had to come 6 times. At the end even he could not understand want was happening. Cost me $1000.more .It is a very complex machine that must be installed by highly trained experts, a rare specy.Company said its life garenty, lies, only 2 years on the majority off parts.

"Terrible product, worse customer service."
Words cannot begin to express my loathing for this product. I know full well that many of the problems we've experienced were because of poor installation. However, major parts routinely failed despite servicing twice a year and good luck getting parts in a timely manner. The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Over five years, we have doubled up the original price with repair costs. We are now completely replacing having decided to finally stop digging. Please, please don't buy this boiler.

"Trinity junk"
Had this unit installed in a new home 4 years ago. After 3 years our service man started replacing parts. We are finally replacing the whole unit after a year of headaches.

"trinity boiler"
Owned this piece of crap for 10 years now, every winter it breaks down as soon as it gets cold out, we've replaced every component at least once, sometimes 3 times(controller). Total waste of money.

"every season change......problems"
We have had NY Thermal installed and wish we never did. We have had nothing but headaches every time we turn our floorboards back on. We live in Ontario and no one wants to service these pieces of garbage. I'm tired of this system and the lack of support and parts for those fools like us that purchased these boilers to supply us with heat and hot water.
