Review:
"Not as good as Carrier reputation"
I have 2 Carrier boilers. One is installed at a rental property. The heat exchanger cracked after about 3 years. My heating contractor had to fight with them to get them to pay for the labor to replace the part. I have the identical, 90% efficient model at home, and at a year and a half, the central control board began to fail. The blower would blow constantly which tipped us off. Then, we have to turn it off and on. Sometimes it worked the first try, and sometimes not. Carrier will replace the part, but not labor. I would never buy this brand again.
