Review:
"Burnham Boiler Core"
After only 10 years and after yearly service the Core of the PV713WT,boiler has cracked. We are told that, that model is not covered under the special warantee. The furnace is in my 87 year old mothers house,and we need to get it fixed as the summer is definetly over. Very Dissapointed,as we here there have been a mlot of complaints and problems with this particular type

Furnace installed new in September 2002. Inducer motor replaced at a cost of $264.55 (labor and tax).
