"Super Silent Air Conditioner!"
I am very happy with my central air conditioner. My central air conditioner is the Dave Lennox XC21 air conditioner. I bought this air conditioner about 6 months ago, after my old one broke down. I was worried that it wouldn't get fixed, but then I found the XC21 air conditioner, and I bought that spontaneously. I am extremely happy with its performance thus far. I like that this is a very quiet air conditioner. I barely know it is there. It is a very nice finish too. I dislike that this air conditioner costed so much money, but I guess, in the end, it will be worth it. I have not had to repair my air conditioner or replace it thus far. I hope I never will have to either. I would recommend this to a friend, and I would most definitely buy the same brand again. It is so great and I can't wait to recommend it to everyone!

"I love my Lennox HVAC System!"
I recently replaced the central air conditioning system in my house iwth the Lennox Elite XC14 after a friend recommended it. It's quite, clean and small, and for the last 5 months has cooled our home without any problem. I also like that it is energy star efficient- we are saving money already. My only complaint is that it takes a little longer to cool our 2600 square foot house than our previous (much older model). Once it gets going, however, it does great. We are very happy about it and would buy it again or recommend it to a friend without reservation.

"Lennox Leaking Coils"
We have 2 units in our home: 1.Purchased hs26-060 8/26/05 & 2.Purchased xc15 Model 8/28/07. In October 2011, installing dealer found both units coils leaking refrigerant and recommended replacement. Both units are covered under a 10 year warranty so replacement now will cost us nothing. However, we are concerned because the dealer wants to install uv lights and humidifier in both systems at our expense saying this will eliminate the problem of coils leaking. More importantly, we are concerned about our exposure after the warranties expire.

"Lennox Sucks!!"
We purchased a new Lennox system 4/2010 and have had issues with the system from the start. The compressor went out on 1/2011. There is way too much evaporation. The company that installed it has been wonderful and no longer sells Lennox anything due to customer complaints and call backs and warranty work that Lennox is not willing to compensate them for. This is bad business! Do not buy Lennox.

"nothing but trouble"
My Lennox unit is only 2 years old. We thought we were buying the best ac available. In two years I have had 6 service calls. My warranty did cover replacement of a tx valve and a new coil, both of which are major parts of the unit. It took several service calls to determine the problem and I had to pay for them. Wish we had never bought this brand!!! Has been nothing but a headache!!

Beware of this company. I have seen 5 homes on my street with the same unit all starting to die around the same time. Seven years is not a longtime for an a/c unit compressor.

"The compressor of my a/c stop working"
The compressor of my a/c stop working, I had to call a service company to get it fix. They said that my compressor is broke and they contact Lennox for warranty since the compressor is almost 3 years old and this company have made me wait for 10 days in order to get my warranty on my compressor, and let me tell you readers it has been a nightmare. My house was 97 degrees during night, for 10 days. We contact costumer service to try to put some pressure on that and this girl told me that they can do anything about it that we have to wait until the warranty department approve it. I was so disappointed, if have a/c is because we need it for living in this tremendous heat in Las Vegas. I was dehydrated, I couldn't sleep for days. I know one thing as soon as I have more money to invest on my a/c I am going to remove their crap out my house.

Install ac about 8 years ago with 410a coolant and it work great turn on in early summer and doesn't get turn off until fall!!

"Cost to much"
I had a Lennox heat pump installed and have had to call to get it fix the next week and have had a repairman out at least 6 times in the last year and half and am waiting for a repairman again. The unit will not keep my home warm in the winter and will not keep it cool in the summer. My old unit was in the home when we bought the home and worked for 3 years with one repair call. This unit is always needing repair. The representative is always saying that the new electronic are different and is more sensitive. What a joke. I burned wood in the fire place to keep the heat up and the propane bill down that is what a heat pump is made for.
