I have owned my air conditioner for about 5 years and I believe that the Lennox XC21 is a very high quality air conditioner. I like that it is 13 times quieter then standard air conditioners. It has noise reduction technology that enhances this advantage. I am very statisfied with my product, there is nothing I dislike about this product. I never had to repair my air conditioner throughout the whole five years I've used it. I would definitely recommend this brand over any other leading brand to my friends.

When i was looking for a air conditioner which is highly efficient in cutting down the fuel costs i found this brand - lennox x21.I purchased this air conditioner 3 years back and it is working great since then.What i like the most is that it makes very less noise. My power bill has significantly reduced after i switched to this product. this air conditioner is highly efficient and also has earned energy Star label .While maintaining a cool, low-humidity home environment ,It runs on low level upto 80 % of its time which helps in less power consumption It has 2 levels of settings , one for hot days and the other for milder days.It also Comes with a 10 year warranty on its parts. This Air conditioner also has a self monitor which monitors the performance and helps to report if there are any issues. this Air conditioners can also combined as intergrated systems though I haven't tried yet to do it. I would highly recommend this airconditioner especially for warm areas due to the hot weather for most of the year.

"I love my dual-zone AC unit!"
My Lennox AC unit came with the house I purchased in 2004, and I love it. I have a dual-zone system, and the AC keeps the house cool through every Texas summer without breaking the bank. The only drawback is that the outside unit is surprisingly loud. Hopefully, my AC will never fail - I've never had to repair it. If it ever fails, I'll certainly buy the same model again.

"Bring on Summer!"
I have had my Lennox A/C carrier for 6 years now. It has never needed to be serviced and the air, coming from my vents, is always ice cold. I live in FL and the heat in the summertime can be overwhelming. The humidity here is thicker than pea soup. When I walk into my home, the air is so cool and refreshing.

We are very pleased with our new Lennox high efficiency equipment and are extremely happy with it. This is the 2nd Lennox system that we have purchased and will never purchase another. The efficiency of their equipment is phenomenal!

"lennox two stage xc21 a/c system"
I had a lennox xc21036 a/c system with a variable speed air handler installed 2 years ago. This system provides the best cooling that I have ever had you don’t even know it is on most of the time. I replaced a carrier builder model that was only 5 years old that I was having lots of trouble with. and changed contractors (I found a contractor that knows what they are doing) the new construction contractors don’t do a very good job of duct sizing and installation this was most of my problems.

"Love our Lennox"
We installed our new Lennox xc-17 last summer to replace a 20 year old beast. It has been quiet, saved us considerable amounts of money and has given us no problems. I would guess that most of the complaints on here are improper installation not equipment issues. I don't know if I can name names, but Zack, the local Lennox dealer knows his stuff!

"Wonderful proucts so quiet"
My house was built in 1990 and was installed with 2 Lennox 5 ton ac units and have worked great ever since but one failed last week but I really can't complain because it lasted for so long. Also, don't listen to the majority of these reviews because most of the people reviewing here just because they are mad that their piece of equipment failed. Not many people think about their ac if it has been working properly for many years and will not do any research on it. Take it from my experience and my family experience. They have never given us any problems. All together, my family has about 21 Lennox's. Also, if you need a really quiet ac, Lennox is the way to go. All you can hear is the fan, not that loud buzzing noise like you hear from other brands if it's under your windows etc.

"older unit is better"
We are now finally replacing a 30 year Lennox unit. You can't beat that. However, about 10 years ago, the other Lennox unit failed. Based on the 20 years, I got another Lennox. a big mistake, it was a problem for a number of years with leaks and failed parts. As pointed out by others, the installers were incompetent. I am doing most of the repairs myself, such as, condensate pump replacement.

"Great units but over priced"
Our Lenox ac and heater was installed in 1975 when our house was built. Great units but now replacing with Amana because of the price difference. Double is not always the best. If Lennox was comparable with other brands, we would not be switching.
