"Air Conditioner Review"
I have owned my air conditioner for about 5 years and I believe that the Lennox XC21 is a very high quality air conditioner. I like that it is 13 times quieter then standard air conditioners. It has noise reduction technology that enhances this advantage. I am very statisfied with my product, there is nothing I dislike about this product. I never had to repair my air conditioner throughout the whole five years I've used it. I would definitely recommend this brand over any other leading brand to my friends.

"XC21-060-230-03"
I hasn't ever worked. If we don't keep the a/c set on 70°, it gets so humid in the house you sweat. You can't leave the house with the air above 72° because its like a sauna when you return. The air registers are growing mold. The a/c company that robbed us blind keeps saying the system works fine. I paid $10,000 for this lemon. My old unit would run great between 76° and 78°. My electricity bills have increased instead of decreasing with a "more efficient unit." I would not recommend this unit or any Lennox product to anyone.

"I have a Lennox condensing unit with a Rheem Classic air exchanger"
I just had the unit installed last week, 7/27/09, the workers installed a Rheem Classic air exchanger and said it was better than the Lennox. They said the filter was better. my only concern is that at the top of the unit I saw something that did not look like heating elements. I had a Ruud before and it had heating elements that looked normal. I had it for 17 years and the start cap. was bad and I decided to replace the older unit to avoid futher problems.
