"my goodman central air conditioner"
i have had my central air conditioner for six years. i like that the air conditioner can cool down any room i choose. i do not need a box hanging out of a window to cool down my house. i like that my house can get as cold as i like, and be able to be comfortable. i do not like the summer heat so having this machine is really awesome. i dont think that there is anything about it that i dislike. i probably dont like that it is so bulky on the outside of my house. i can not really make it disguised so people dont see the big box. i have not had to repair or replace my central air conditioner since i have purchased it. i would definitely buy this brand again because it is reliable, useful, and works great. if anyone asked if i could recommend a central air conditioner i would definitely say that goodman is the way to go.

"Great AC Unit for the Money"
I just bought this AC unit about 3 months ago and I have been very happy with it so far. It runs very quietly and cools my house very nicely. What I really like about it is the control top feature allows it to run with almost no noise at all which was a major problem for me with my last unit. It is also very efficient and does not increase my electrical bill by that much compared to my last AC unit. There is nothing that I have found that I do not like about it. I have not had to do any repairs on the unit as it is still brand new. I have recommended this unit to all of my friends and I would buy this brand again. The Goodman air conditioner is the best AC unit for your buck in my opinion. I expect it to provide me with many years of cool air.

"I Love My Energy Efficient Goodman Air Conditioner"
I have owned my Goodman central air conditioner for five years now and I have to say it is one of the best on the market. It runs in the middle energy efficiency wise but that is still very good. I like the energy efficiency, keeps my electric bills low; I like how quiet it runs, how well it cools my house. Also the best part, I have had NO PROBLEMS IN FIVE YEARS! I really have no complaints about my Goodman central air conditioner. I would buy the same brand again because of all the details listed above, not that I will need to based on how well it is running now. I would recommend this to a friend to because of how much I like it and how cheap it was for the high quality I got. Overall, I would give my Goodman central air conditioner Five Stars...

"Goodman JUNK"
We installed 3 Goodman units / the 4.5 ton is constantly freezing up. We've had our AC installer look at it 4 times. First time he looked at it, the return filter was too high end. You need to use the cheapest filter or the condenser freezes. 2nd time it was 1 lb light on coolant. Now, the compressor kicks on and off. Cools than freezes. What a piece of JUNK! Save your self the hassle, Don't buy Goodman. We have had 5 different problems with this unit in a year. Oh yeah, a wire on the unit melted also and shut it down.

"Goodmans warranty stinks"
We had a new Goodman Heating & Air Unit Installed in 2009. When we started it up this year 2011/// the air would not cool. I find out that the great 10 year warranty only cover parts. I was not told this or that after a year I had to buy an extended warranty. I just paid 450.00 to have the unit repaired. They only paid for the Evaporator coil that had gone bad after 1 years use. I had to pay 150.00 freight to have the part shipped, plus they charged me 50.00 because the crook that installed it would not come out. Plus I had to pay labor and OVER 100.00 for Freon even though the part caused the freon to leak out. Buyers Beware!!!! You may as well not have a warranty. Any company should fix a unit the second year you have it. To heck with warranties, just be an honest company and do what's right. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Hope this keeps someone else from making the same mistake.

"Leaks freon"
Began leaking freon a year after installation. When charged, however, cools great in summer and furnace is very good. Outside unit is fairly quiet. I've read a lot of reviews here stating same freon leak problem. I don't think a leaking evaporator coil is an installer problem as a few have suggested. The coil is not installed by a contractor when buying a complete HVAC unit like I did.

"BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN HOUSTON, TX WILL HELP"
Goodman's customer service is terrible. My coil has leaked for over three years, and they would not return my request for a supervisor to call me. I emailed the Better Business Bureau in Houston, tx and got immediate email replies from the supervisors. They will take care of you if you go thru the bbb. These companies have to know that we want and expect good products and service!!

"Goodman Air Conditioner Review"
I recently bought the Goodman GSX130361 air conditioner for my home and I have only fantastic things to say about it so far. The installation went very smooth and the unit has worked very well overall. One of the great things about this air conditioner is that it is good for the environment as there is no chlorine used in its functionality. Additionally, it is very quiet and rarely will cause any disturbance in the household, except for when its adjusting its settings. One of the disadvantages, I believe, is the price as I had to spend close to fifteen hundred dollars to purchase this unit. I have yet to have to replace it and will continue using this until I feel it is time to upgrade. All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to a friend as I am very confident in its results. Good luck in your search!

I have 3 5 ton units in my house 2 are okay but the 3rd i have spent over 2400.00 on labor they are 3 years old and when i called goodman relations they gave me the old heave ho and said call another service person. I am going to trane.

"Central Air Conditioner"
I had this Unit for about a year now. I like that this unit is better than the last one I had. I dislike the electric bill, but its being to be far for my uses. This unit is brand new. I think I would go with a different brand, like Trans, I here thats the best model brand new out their. Not knowing if thats a fact or not. Or, I may let someone who is qualified give me some recommendations.
