"Not so happy"
Any ac unit can go bad at any given moment. The good: When first installed I had a 17-21 degree temp drop across the coil. Uses a 12 seer scroll compressor. The bad: You have to have the correct orifice and refrigerant charge in the system. It is critical that the unit is properly charged as it uses an orifice to control the freon flow. My only complaint is that my contractor was given the incorrect replacement pump for the unit in my shop and we had record heat last year and it has taken over a year to get the correct replacement compressor. Now hopefully he will be back tomorrow to properly charge the unit as you need to compensate for long lineset and the correct orifice in the evaporator coil.

Gibson is the brand of hvac that came with my brand new home. Every Spring I have to get repairs to my unit. This unit is a terrible waste of my money. Yes, it is still under warranty, but I do have to pay for labor and pay for the contractor to do the diagnostics. I could have purchased a new hvac system for the amount of money I have thrown into this Gibson.
