"Excellent Units"
My Bryant AC unit is 19 years old. Yes, 19 years old. I have a system check-up done each year and have never had any problems with this unit. I know that I will need to replace it because I'm sure it is no longer energy efficient. I will be replacing it with a Brand new Bryant unit.

"Bryant are Reliable!!!"
18 years of abuse and the unit will not die. The unit was builder installed by Air Engineers. Over the last 18 years, only repair other than maintenance was a fuse. The inconvenience of R-22 recharges are the only reason I am replacing the 3.5 ton unit. It would turn our 2200 sq. ft 2-story into a meat locker. I do have a small freon leak and the inside unit develops condensation. Our neighbor has a number of Bryants, still going strong. We are looking at a Comfortmaker or a Carrier as the local Bryant contractors have increased their prices dramatically.

"Cool Summers"
My Bryant AC is almost 20 years old (according to my maintenance guy) and with the hot Texas summers, I'm always surprised I've made it another year. I keep getting pitched on a new one but don't see the point. This Bryant unit has been so dependable.

"Excellent"
This air conditioner came with the home I purchased 6 years ago. Just had a tune-up performed for the summer and everything was fine. It cooled my home great for 6 years. I am considering replacing my furnace and would definitely consider another Bryant for my purchase.

"Hearing the Bad in Products"
Most people only write a review if something is bad or doesn't work properly (please remember that when reading reviews, you should get to know your installer, getting too many estimates isn't always good. If you have used someone for a long while be loyal it always works out better for you in the long run. People that are satisfied usually don't take the time to write a good review they go about life happy. I myself have a Bryant and a wonderful Heating and Air contractor, my Bryant is 5 years old with no issues at all. I have it tuned up twice a year!

"Great System"
This system came with my new home 12 years ago and I haven't had a problem yet. I'm now thinking of upgrading to a newer more efficient system and will definately stick with Bryant.

"Been Great for 11 Years"
Came with the house that I had built in 2001 and still going strong. I work from home and I keep it set at 73 degrees, so it has been worked hard in this Florida heat. I do have good insulation in this house, which is important for obvious reasons. My home is 2012 sqft of air conditioned living area and my electric bill runs between $100 and $190 depending on the time of year and weather conditions. It is usually between $120 and $160. I have several lights on all the time, 55" lcd hdtv, 32" lcd hdtv, two DVRs, three computers, Sony Playstation, Xbox, electric water heater, frig/freezer, etc., etc. so the ac must be doing pretty good to keep it at 73 degrees and my electric bill be no higher than it is. fpl helps too. They have some of the lowest electricity rates around. I know because they remind me of it in their emails about every other day. I had a Bryant central air unit in an apartment I rented in Gainesville back in the late 1990's and it looked like it must have been at least 10 to 15 years-old. Never gave me a problem the two years I lived there and I ran it all the time. Based on my experience with Bryant, I recommended them to my sister who has had hers for a couple of years now and is very pleased with it.

"Dependable"
I purchased this a/c from a local dealer 12 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. Quiet and dependable. What more could you ask for? Being in Florida, this a/c gets a workout year round. I highly recommend Bryant.

"Great Unit, Great Contractor"
We had this unit installed by All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning. The unit is great and the contractor was even better. The contractor seemed extremely familiar with the unit and the pros and cons. The Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio is 13. The unit is very quiet, the house remains cool, and my energy bills have dropped.
